Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing strategies for the USA market to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
2. Provide targeted market analysis and recommendations based on market trends and competitive intelligence.
3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with major clients in the USA market to ensure smooth business collaboration.
4. Develop Arctech Solar business in USA, attract new customers and retain existing ones. Create strong business intimacy with customers through a strong sales approach, and a customer-focused strategy.
5. Actively lead and update the sales opportunity pipeline. Identify the main customer influences, understand the customer decision-making process, and consistently update the project information, opportunity probability and set-up critical actions in order to win the project & closure dates.
6. Actively participate with the sales team, and lead the geographical market in achieving the yearly business plan, in terms of revenue and profit..
7. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.
8. Other USA business-related matters handling.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business and excellent marketing background with a proven track record of successfully driving brand and sales growth.
2. In-depth understanding of the USA market, familiarity with local culture, and business environment.
3. Over than 7 years sales experience in Solar industry, strong customer relationship and network.
4. Tracker sales experience in the USA market is a plus.
5. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to accept frequent business trips.
